Changed baseline coordinates to lower case, added note that upper case is required for Stokes parameters.

Changed baseline coordinates u,v,w to lower case in the data mappers dictionary to distinguish then from the upper case Stokes parameters U and V.
This allows Stokes specifications of the form
-y CORRECTED_DATA:amp:Uto be plotted without crashing.Options and README have been modified to reflect these changes.
